Boise Metro Chamber Announces 2023 Executive Committee and Board of Directors

The Boise Metro Chamber, the only five-star accredited Chamber in Idaho, announced today the members of its 2023 Executive Committee and Board of Directors.

“I feel we have assembled the most influential business Board in Idaho, made up of CEOs from across our metro area and beyond,” said Boise Metro Chamber President & CEO Bill Connors.

“2023 will be a pivotal year as we close in on nearly 2,000 Chamber members, strengthen our community engagement and increase our advocacy efforts as the leading voice representing the business community. We look forward to working with this outstanding team of leaders who will help guide us as the largest business-first organization in Idaho,” said Connors.

Odette Bolano will serve as the 2023 Boise Metro Chamber Executive Committee Chair.
Ms. Bolano currently works as the President and CEO of Saint Alphonsus Health System. As the Health System President and CEO, Ms. Bolano also oversees the strategic direction for Saint Alphonsus Medical Group with over 550 primary care and specialty care medical providers over 76 clinic locations and the Saint Alphonsus Health Alliance, a clinically integrated network.

Emily Baker, Founder and Chair of Portman Square Group, served as the Executive Committee Chair in 2022 and will continue to serve on the 2023 Executive Committee as Past Chair. Ms. Baker is beginning her seventh year of service on Boise Metro Chamber’s Executive Committee.

Dan Price, Community Banking President of Mountain West Bank, is the Executive Committee Chair-Elect and will serve as Chair in 2024. Mr. Price is beginning his fifth year of service on Boise Metro Chamber’s Executive Committee.

Tom Van Hemelryck, Regional President of WaFd Bank, is new to the Executive Committee and will serve as Treasurer. Mr. Van Hemelryck served previously as a Director on the Board. 

Matthew Walters, Shareholder of Elam & Burke, will serve Of Counsel, a new role for Walters.
