THE LEADING BUSINESS ADVOCACY ORGANIZATION IN BOISEEstablished in 1883, the Boise Metro Chamber is the only five-star accredited Chamber of Commerce in Idaho and strives to be the leading business advocacy organization in the Boise Valley. The Boise Metro Chamber is a private, nonprofit, membership-driven organization comprised of more than 2,000 business enterprises, civic organizations, education institutions, and individuals. Its mission is to provide leadership that will help create regional economic prosperity and success for its members. The programs and services provided by the chamber support four core areas: Economic Vitality, Advocacy, Member Education and Member Engagement.
Serving as the voice of the Boise business community since incorporating in May of 1900, the Boise Metro Chamber aims to make Boise a better place for you and your family to live, work and visit. This goal has become a reality through strategic partnerships with the Boise Valley Economic Partnership and Visit Boise as well as our nationally-recognized programs including Boise Young Professionals and Leadership Boise. |

We owe our long history of our successes to the partnerships with our incredible Chamber member businesses who are also working to advocate for a vibrant and prosperous economy and outstanding quality of life in the Boise Valley and beyond. This "100-Year Boise Metro Chamber Member" video series explores the stories of businesses that have been members of the Boise Metro Chamber for over a century. Through interviews, photos and videos, we explore how these legendary businesses began, grew into regional and national leaders, evolved with technology, and partnered with the Boise Metro Chamber to positively impact economic growth, development, and prosperity for the entire Boise metro area. |
