The smaller of our available spaces to rent seats up to 20 and features a conference round table as well as a large TV monitor. The monitor is equipped with flash drive and HDMI cable access that includes compatibility adapters for both PC and Apple computers.

Blue Cross of Idaho (BCC) Conference Room
This room is our larger, more versatile space available to rent. It features a podium, large projection screen, and eight multi-use six-foot tables. The BCC comfortably seats up to 60. The layout of the room can be arranged a multitude of different ways (classroom, pods, theater, U-shape, hollow square) to suit your event’s specific needs. The built in sound system includes two handheld microphones and one lavalier (hands-free) microphone.

- Both rooms are offered with complimentary coffee and water (decaf available upon request). Soda and sparkling water can be provided for $0.50 each.
- Wireless internet is available in both spaces.
- Parking is available in our public garage, first hour is free.
Meeting space is available during business hours (Monday through Thursday - 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday). Payment needed in advanced to secure space.
