ABOUT BOISE METRO CHAMBER'S ANNUAL  MEMBERSHIP & RELOCATION GUIDE

Boise Valley Spotlight magazine is a Boise Metro Chamber initiative that showcases local businesses, community leaders, and organizations making a positive impact across Boise, Idaho and the Treasure Valley. Serving as our annual magazine and membership directory, the magazine is published annually in July and features stories and articles about our city, business community, and our incredible Chamber members. The Spotlight magazine reaches more than 10,000 visitors and residents across the Treasure Valley. Copies are available at the Boise Metro Chamber offices, Boise Airport, Chamber member hotels, The Main Street Bus Station, and one copy is sent to every Boise Metro Chamber member business! Additionally, the Boise Valley Spotlight is also the only magazine included in relocation packets requested by visitors and potential new residents. ​

November/December - Theme to highlight a cross section of our membership is defined for the following year's publication
January - Adverting opportunities are opened and article topics + corresponding members are identified for our writers to explore
February - Members are reminded to update their listings in our online directory (addresses, websites, contacts, etc.)
March - Current directory of member's names and category lists are provided to publisher
April - Member's ad artwork is due to publisher, Chamber team reviews and edits article drafts
May - Final edits for articles, design proofs and directory are made
June - Boise Valley Spotlight goes to Press
July - The Boise Valley Spotlight is officially launched with our Operation Thank You event which sends one copy to every member, plus it's made available to the public at the Boise Airport, Main Street Station (VRT's Downtown Boise Bus Station), select Chamber Member Hotels, the Boise Metro Chamber's office, and our Relocation Packets.
