LEADERSHIP BOISE ACADEMY (LBA)
Our semester-long program for high school junior leaders, Leadership Boise Academy was formed in 1984 by the Boise Metro Chamber to educate a diverse group of high school students. LBA provides an opportunity for students to gain a better understanding of current issues and opportunities in our community. |

LEADERSHIP BOISE ACADEMY YOUTH AMBASSADORS (LBA YOUTH AMBASSADORS)
In the year following graduation from Leadership Boise Academy, graduates are invited to apply to be an LBA Youth Ambassador. coordinate with LB (adult) planning teams and are invited to attend four months of Leadership Boise Sessions, thus adding to the experience and civic/leadership education they received in their original LB program. |

LEADERSHIP BOISE (LB)
Our premier leadership program to develop leaders in the non-profit, corporate, and civic sectors. Leadership Boise has, and continues to seek, the most energetic and engaged leaders in the Treasure Valley. As one of the longest running Chamber sponsored leadership programs in the United States, Leadership Boise has graduated more than 1,500 rising and establish leaders since its inception in 1975. |

LEADERSHIP BOISE ALUMNI (LB ALUMNI)
Leadership Boise Alumni actively contributes to the betterment of the Boise Metro area through its diverse network of educated, socially responsible, and engaged civic leaders. LB Alumni assists with ensuring that the goals of Leadership Boise programs are accomplished to provide a next-level experience for LB Alumnus through programs and services. |
