WHAT IS BOISE YOUNG PROFESSIONALS (BYP)?

Boise Young Professionals (BYP) is a Boise Metro Chamber program targeting talented young professionals in the Boise Metro area. BYP is a mission-driven, member-based organization designed to connect, empower, and engage young professionals in the Treasure Valley.

BYP launched in 2006 and quickly became a valuable professional and personal development resource for young professionals. The BYP Mission is to assist in the effort to retain young talent in the region, ensuring a vibrant economy as one of the Best Places to Live in the U.S.*

BYP is run by the Boise Metro Chamber with input and operational assistance from the BYP Volunteer Leadership team.  

Offering intentional and creative programs to develop growing leaders, promote camaraderie, and benefit the community, BYP is geared toward young professionals who are eager to grow and learn.
 
BYP proudly includes a membership of entrepreneurs, non-profit employees, bankers, attorneys, engineers, students, artists, and young professionals from a variety of industries.
