BOISE VALLEY SPOTLIGHT MAGAZINE & DIRECTORY ADVERTISING
The Boise Valley Spotlight Magazine is our premier magazine and membership directory. The magazine is published annually in July and features stories and articles about our city. The magazine reaches more than 15,000 visitors and residents across the Treasure Valley. Two copies are personally handed out annually to most of our 2,000 members (those who are out of office or out of the region are mailed) during our Operation Thank You event. The remaining copies are available at the Boise Metro Chamber offices, Boise Airport, Chamber member hotels, and many other locations. The Boise Valley Spotlight is also the only magazine included in our relocation packets sold to visitors and potential new residents each year. A variety of advertising options are available. Our publisher in 2024 was Idahome. |

EMAIL ADVERTISING (eNEWS)
eNEWS is our weekly email, sharing upcoming events and meetings, member news, and stories. The Boise Metro Chamber's eNews reaches ~5,800+ individuals each week. It sends on Wednesdays during every week of the year. An eNEWS ad is an affordable, flexible option for you to build awareness or share a timely offer. Inquire with your Account Manager about our buy 3 weeks of ads get 1 free promotion! Each eNEWs is archived on the Our eNewsletters page of our website for a few weeks after sending. WHAT TO PROVIDE US: Size: The ad will run at ~295x295 pixels @72 dpi., so please make sure it is legible at that size. However, the ad artwork should be provided to your sales manager at 1080 x 1080 @72 dpi to allow for responsive design (mobile/tablet sized viewports). Acceptable file formats include: jpg, png, or an animated gif are accepted. Note that gifs do not animate on certain email providers (Outlook), so make sure the first graphic of your animation works as a stand alone image. METRO CONNECTION NEWSLETTER ADVERTISING
The Metro Connection newsletter is a valuable advertising option to increase awareness and share special offers with Chamber members. The newsletter is sent to more than 4,200 readers every other month and is available to view online. A variety of advertising options are available. Acceptable File Format: PDF with output resolution of 2400 dpi; high-quality JPEG of 300 dpi. Unacceptable File Formats: TIFF, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Microsoft Word, Publisher. The Metro Connection newsletter can also accommodate up to (2) inserts. This is an ideal option if you have more information to share with our audience. As a flyer insert advertiser, you are responsible for printing and delivering 4,500 copies to the Boise Metro Chamber offices by a specified date. Connect with your account manager as ad space often sells out in each issue. |

OUTDOOR SIGN ADVERTISING
Our electronic blade sign is perfect for announcing your organization’s “Milestone Events.” Celebrate a big company anniversary or accomplishment on our 60-inch by 74-inch sign at West Front Street and 11th. This option is exclusive to Boise Metro Chamber members. Contact your Chamber representative for details and approval. Approximately 39,000 vehicles pass through our intersection every day! Acceptable File Format: 1280 x 1760 pixels jpg or png at 72 dpi. |
