Kelly Olson, President of Western States Equipment, to speak at Chamber CEO Speaker Series on December 12

Kelly Olson, President of Western States Equipment Company, will address the business community at the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce CEO Speaker Series luncheon on Monday, December 12, 2022, at noon at the Riverside Hotel in Garden City. Tickets, which include lunch, are $40 for individual Boise Metro Chamber members, and $50 for individual non-members. Table sponsorships are still available.

Olson was the first woman to be chosen to serve as President of Western States Equipment Company.
She began her role as President in 2018, but she has been part of the Western States team since 2004. Kelly has served in various roles, including Financial Services Manager, Enterprise Resource Project Manager, Corporate Controller, and Vice President of Finance. She is a graduate of Montana State University-Bozeman, where she studied Accounting.

Olson is an experienced leader in the machinery industry and was recognized as one of Construtech’s 2019 Women in Construction, an award given to dedicated, passionate innovators in the construction industry. She’s especially proud of Western States’ adaptation of technology, both in equipment and in the workplace.
The event is the last installment of the 2022 Boise Metro Chamber CEO Speaker Series, which provides the business community an opportunity to hear from our area’s top leaders about their accomplishments, future projects and initiatives. Cord Christensen of PetIQ and Liza Roeser of FiftyFlowers spoke previously this year as part of the series.

Speakers for the 2023 Boise Metro Chamber CEO Speaker Series are expected to be announced early next year.

The CEO Speaker Series is presented by Bank of America, co-sponsored by Western States Equipment Company, and sponsored by Blue Cross of Idaho and Idaho Business Review.
