Meet the Boise business owner that's always keepin' his cool. Conrad Lee of ​Cold Stone Creamery and his team serve up fresh, delicious ice cream every day. Cold Stone prides itself on unique ice cream Creations® and smoothies as well as cakes and shakes.

"Cold Stone ice cream starts with the highest quality ingredients and ends with our signature process of preparing a custom Creation on a frozen granite stone,” said Lee. “We consider ourselves to be in the people business, making ice cream that each customer dreams up with their wildest imagination.”

And his team are definitely people persons. They recommend flavors when you just can't decide and their energy is contagious, especially when they sing after receiving a tip! ​

​And Lee is looking ahead. He is opening his fourth Cold Stone Creamery location in the new North Pointe Shopping Center in mid-September, joining stores on Eagle Rd., in Nampa, and in Boise's Vista Village. "With the continued growth of the Treasure Valley, I am excited to open another Cold Stone Creamery and offer our one of a kind experience and flavor."
