Join the fun for free during the Special Olympics Idaho 2024 State Summer Games! Cheer for incredible athletes by attending the opening ceremony which will included a field ceremony, torch run, and an F-15 Flyover beginning on June 7th at 4pm. The games conclude on June 8th around 5pm. The event is sponsored by Saint Alphonsus. Come explore over 45 vendors including food trucks and live music. About the Special Olympics Special Olympics Idaho was founded in June of 1971. Their mission is to provide sports and training for children and adults with intellectual disabilities. They currently offer 15 sports throughout winter, summer, and fall. Idaho has the potential to serve over 50,000 athletes. Let's help them to reach every potential athlete in Idaho!
