announced today that their professional accounting and advisory firms merged on January 1, 2024. This merger combines the skills and expertise of two long-standing Oregon firms; KDP in Southern Oregon and Western Idaho and Price Fronk in Central Oregon. The dynamic union extends the footprint, reach and offerings of each company. KDP, LLP was founded in Oregon in the 1970s and provides tax, audit, advisory, valuation and wealth services.
