As Internal Directors, they will join Scott Maloney, Senior Partner and Founder of Crain & Company, Denver, Colorado, who has also returned to serve a three-year term as an Outside Director. Jim Otradosky (Chair), Jim Marsh, Mark Gier, Jesse Goldman, Jason Brunson, and Emily Baker, Founder and Managing Partner of Portman Square Group, also sit on the Board.
Each year, three of the nine seats on the board become available for election, either for returning or new members, for a three-year term. It is the mission of the board to balance the group with complementary skill sets and a culture that allows the members to work together to make the most effective decisions for CSHQA. This year’s class of directors included an opportunity to elect two internal directors and one outside director, who will begin their service on January 1, 2024.
