CALLING ALL BOISE METRO CHAMBER MEMBERS! WE NEED 100 VOLUNTEERS! CAN YOU HELP?

The Boise Metro Chamber is one of very few Chambers, that uphold the tradition of annually thanking our members in person. During a day in July, we hand deliver "Thank You" packets to our 2,000+ members to show we appreciate their/your support and membership! We believe this kind of interaction is crucial, but with a small staff of ~15 employees, it requires a lot of assistance to achieve this goal in one day.
Operation Thank You is ONLY feasible with the help of about 100 Chamber Member Volunteers, just like you! It's a totally unique opportunity to connect with other Chamber member businesses in our community and a lot of fun delivering something they're grateful and surprised to receive! |

To make Operation Thank You Day extra exciting and to thank you for your help, the Chamber offers:

Am I committing to volunteering for the WHOLE day?
Volunteers are not required to participate for the full duration of the event. Any help is welcome!
How long does it take to deliver a box of packets?
It takes about 2 hours to deliver a box of 10 packets.
Can I deliver more than one box?
You're absolutely able to deliver more than one box! In fact, the more you deliver, the better chance you have to win prizes!
Can I create a team to deliver packets?
Some members assemble company teams, wear matching outfits, and treat it as a team bonding experience, while others volunteer individually. We'll support your choice!
When is the best time to pickup a Thank You box to deliver?
We highly recommend coming at the morning kick-off at 8 AM at the Chamber office. There will be a short orientation/training/explanation where you can ask more questions AND (drumroll) you'll get free treats from Panera!!!
Is it required to come to the Business After Hours event?
Attending Business After Hours is optional. However, you'll be missing out on some serious, well-deserved fun, camaraderie, and an opportunity to learn about a cool Chamber member business! Other amazing incentives include free food, a free beverage, and this is where prizes and drawings will be doled out. As the highly-regarded Chamber rule says, "You must be present to win!" So, it's not required, but why miss out!?
Can I attend the Business After Hours event, even if I only deliver one box?
We'll be bummed if we don't see you there! Please come help us celebrate and support the hosting Chamber member business!

- A complimentary breakfast from Panera for all volunteers
- A Business After Hours event from 5-7 PM that night where you can enjoy free hors 'd'oeuvres and a free drink
