These workshops are held at the Boise Metro Chamber with local professionals who speak and train on a variety of topics. Networking and lunch start at noon, workshop runs from 12:30-1:30 PM. BYP's member-exclusive Comfortable Conversations connect a local CEO with BYP members for candid conversation in a personal environment. Ask questions, network, and get firsthand guidance from a topnotch executive.
From 8:30-9:30 AM, pastries and coffee are served at the Arid Club. Start your day off with some stimulating conversation and words of wisdom. These events sell out and are limited to 20 BYP members, so be sure to register early!

b|wise MENTORING PROGRAM
SPRING AND FALL SESSIONS
b|wise is the Boise Metro Chamber’s popular mentoring series for young professionals. b|wise is offered for six weeks in both Spring and Fall. BYP participants are grouped with a mentor who is a local top professional. In the small mentoring circles, mentees and mentors get together for networking, learning, and professional development. BYP members have been known to participate in the program multiple times-- each time, forming new friendships and building skills and relationships with key Boise leaders. BYP members receive a member rate.
The program starts with a kick-off that doubles as the first meeting with your mentor. Mentees meet and chat with the mentors, hear their six-week plans, and rank their mentor preference, prior to groups being announced. Also at the first meeting, you will schedule your once a week meeting for the next six weeks. Then, the program will wrap with an event to share out what your group worked on and accomplished.
