AVAILABILITY & BOOKING INFO

• Available Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM and Fridays: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Please allow 30 minutes for prep and 30 minutes clean up time when scheduling)
• Advance payment and proof of insurance required to reserve your space
• Flexible rental durations: hourly, half-day, or full-day options
• Nonprofit must be a member to qualify for nonprofit rate. Nonprofit non-members can reserve at the member rate.
• 6% sales tax is applied to the final cost of room rentals.
• Location: Downtown Boise, Idaho (Inside the Boise Metro Chamber building; attached to the parking garage on the first floor.)

The Boise Metro Chamber’s ICCU Room is a popular option for small meetings, seating up to 20 guests with full A/V support and our BCC Conference room can seat 60 guests.

DO BOISE CONFERENCE ROOMS INCLUDE PRESENTATION EQUIPMENT?
Yes. Both of the conference rooms available for rental at the Boise Metro Chamber include built-in presentation tools such as TV monitors or projection screens, HDMI connectivity, and audio support.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RENT A CONFERENCE ROOM IN BOISE?
Conference room rental prices vary based on room size and duration. The Boise Metro Chamber offers affordable hourly and daily rates for non-profits, Chamber members and non-members. See the Rate Charts above.
