WHAT IS BOISE YOUNG PROFESSIONALS (BYP)?
​CONNECT, EMPOWER, AND ENGAGE THE FUTURE WORKFORCE

Boise Young Professionals (BYP) is a Boise Metro Chamber program targeting talented young professionals in the Boise Metro area. BYP is a mission-driven, member-based organization designed to connect, empower, and engage young professionals in the Treasure Valley.

BYP launched in 2006 and quickly became a valuable professional and personal development resource for young professionals. The BYP Mission is to assist in the effort to retain young talent in the region, ensuring a vibrant economy as one of the Best Places to Live in the U.S.*
 
Offering intentional and creative programs to develop growing leaders, promote camaraderie, and benefit the community, BYP is geared toward 21- to 40-year-old professionals who are eager to grow and learn.
 
BYP proudly includes a membership of entrepreneurs, non-profit employees, bankers, attorneys, engineers, students, artists, and young professionals from a variety of industries.
