Boise Young Professionals is a Boise Metro Chamber program with 1,000+ members from 300+ companies. It serves talented young professionals in the Boise Metro area as a mission-driven organization designed to connect, empower, and engage the future workforce of Idaho. BYP offers intentional and creative programs to develop growing leaders, promote camaraderie, and retain young talent in the region.

To connect is a key component of the BYP program. By providing monthly events, YPs stay connected and engaged. Engagement is a core component of the BYP Program. YPs are invited to participate in community activities that call for volunteers, and coordinated service days, b | on board workshops, and b|voting. PROJECTED ATTENDANCE: 20-50 per event

Opportunities Available 
The YP Summit offers leadership skill development and learning opportunities for YPs from our community, a professional headshot opportunity and time for networking.
