Since 2016, 500+ top business leaders in the Boise Valley gather annually for an economic update from Boise Valley Economic Partnership (BVEP). Clark Krause, Executive Director of BVEP, addresses important economic issues currently facing the business community and offers a forecast on the future economic climate. The event opened with remarks from BVEP Board Chair Tom Mortell and featured highlights from Clark Krause and Michael Ballentyne on BVEP’s 10-year accomplishments, including the creation of more than 42 companies and 10,800 jobs across the valley. Emceed by Jessica Flynn of Red Sky PR, the summit included two engaging panels--Building Boise and Beyond, focused on construction, workforce, and supply chain challenges, and Creating Champions, which spotlighted local leaders and athletes shaping the Treasure Valley’s future.
