 BOISE, Idaho – The Boise Metro Chamber is proud to announce the 2026 Small Business and Chamber Excellence Awards Finalists. This year’s event will take place on June 23, 2026, and kicks off with a trade show at 11 a.m. and the awards luncheon starting at 12 p.m. “This year’s finalists showcase the innovation, resilience, and community impact that define our region’s business community. Across industries and award categories, these organizations and leaders are making meaningful contributions that strengthen the Treasure Valley and help drive its continued success,” said Bobbi-Jo Meuleman, President and CEO of the Boise Metro Chamber. Finalists for each category include: SMALL BUSINESS OF THE YEAR AWARD (10 EMPLOYEES OR FEWER) - A Chamber member company that is locally owned and privately held, demonstrating all-around excellence in business. This award recognizes companies that deliver outstanding products or services, foster a positive workplace culture, support the local business climate and economic development, and make a meaningful impact in their industry and community.
SMALL BUSINESS OF THE YEAR AWARD (11 TO 50 EMPLOYEES) - A Chamber member company that is locally owned and privately held, demonstrating all-around excellence in business. This award recognizes companies that deliver outstanding products or services, foster a positive workplace culture, support the local business climate and economic development, and make a meaningful impact in their industry and community.
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT EXCELLENCE AWARD - A Chamber member company that demonstrates outstanding commitment to making a positive impact on its local community. This award celebrates a company who volunteers time and resources to support the community through non-profit engagement.
FOOD & AGRICULTURE INDUSTRY EXCELLENCE AWARD - A Chamber member company who has made significant contributions in supporting or enhancing Idaho’s food and agriculture industry as a grower, producer, processor, distributor, grocer, retailer, restaurant, brewery, winery, or other.
HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY EXCELLENCE AWARD - A Chamber member company who has made significant contributions in the delivery, administration, and support of the health care industry.
NONPROFIT EXCELLENCE AWARD - A Chamber member nonprofit organization who has showcased the most innovative examples of how to “do well and do good” in contributing to the social and economic well-being of the Boise community.
THE JIM MOORE LIFETIME LEGACY AWARD FOR EXCELLENCE IN TRAVEL & HOSPITALITY - A Chamber member company who has made significant contributions in enhancing Idaho’s travel and hospitality industry through recreational opportunities, transportation, lodging options, tourism, or other means.
