CSHQA Names Jim Marsh as President and Chief Executive Officer

​BOISE, IDAHO, FEBRUARY 02, 2026 - The Board of Directors of CSHQA is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Jim Marsh as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2026. He will lead the firm's strategic and business functions, oversee the development of initiatives and business objectives to drive efficiency and profitability, and foster a supportive and engaging workplace culture. As CEO, Marsh will represent the firm with high-value clients, industry leaders, the financial community, and the public. In addition, he will foster growth and development among the executive team and staff, creating a vision for the firm's overall success.
