Economic Development Administrative Assistant

Would you like to meet hundreds of Boise area business leaders? Do you like a work environment where every day is different and you get a chance to do many different kinds of work? Do you love the Boise area and want to be part of its’ healthy growth? The Boise Valley Economic Partnership, a division of the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce, is hiring a part time administrative assistant who will work side by side with the team to create marketing materials, develop sales leads, complete research assignments, provide administrative support, manage expense reports and budget items, assist with database organization, and other duties as assigned.

Ideal candidate must be organized, have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, have a positive attitude and be a team player. Must be computer proficient and have extensive experience with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word) and be able to work flexible hours. 1-2 years of experience in administrative support and knowledge of database systems is preferred.
