Since 1975, Leadership Boise has sought the best, the brightest, and the most energetic and interested participants.  The mission of Leadership Boise is to identify potential leaders and offer a comprehensive program which will:

• Enhance and develop knowledge and understanding of our community;
• Provide an opportunity for participants to meet and exchange ideas with current community leaders; and
• Motivate and encourage participants to assume leadership roles in the community.
