Ribbon cutting for grand opening. Specials each day beginning on Monday, April 20. On Thursday, get 1/2 off a glass of Domaine Chandon with the purchase of a food item. Friday 1/2 off Capitol Burger or Parma Sandwich during lunch and Saturday join them for high tea from 2:00-4:00 p.m. for $12 per person; substitute a glass of wine for $5 more. All week free Max Black coffee with quiche purchase.
