Event Description:


What are the outstanding leadership skills and unique qualities you bring to your organization? Using strength-based leadership practices, you will discover what is unique and dynamic about you, and identify what others see as your greatest strengths. Using these findings, you will explore how to position and promote yourself in your current environment.
