Boise Young Professionals (BYP)

In 2006, the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce launched the Boise Young Professionals (BYP) program as an initiative to target the young, talented, future workforce of the surrounding Boise region. BYP was created to be an inclusive group designed to develop, attract new and retain existing young talent in the region.
So who are these “young professionals”? BYP is mainly comprised of the 21- to 40-year-old population, but is open to any “young-thinking” or “young-at-heart” professional. BYP is a collection of entrepreneurs, non-profit workers, bankers, attorneys, engineers, artists, and just about any profession in the surrounding Boise community.
BYP has an individual annual membership of only $55, $27.50 students or Spouse Add-on and is separate from the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce. Members receive weekly eNews, special invitations to events, discounted event prices, and opportunities to get involved in several work teams.
