Governmental Affairs
Building a Stronger Economy for your
Business!
The Governmental Affairs division of the Boise Metro Chamber represents the interests of business at all levels of government. The actions of government greatly affect the conduct of business. A single voice would not be heard, but the many voices represented by the Chamber ring loud in the halls of government. There are many opportunities to become involved through the various Governmental Affairs committees.

Chamber Policies
A healthy business environment is a cornerstone for economic growth. Business provides the services and products consumers demand; and business creates the jobs people need. Business success fuels the tax base that allows government to provide the services citizens want. Business activity supports development of the quality of life we all want.
Creating the kind of community where business can succeed and grow is hard work. And it's serious business for your Chamber.
Your Chamber stands as a champion for the free enterprise system. Through our policies, activism, collaboration, negotiation, and education; the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce is the leading voice for business in the Boise metro area. Every day, we act on your behalf to ensure that the Boise MSA (Ada and Canyon Counties) remains a great place to do business.
