What IRM does: Idaho Records Management is a secure commercial records storage facility located in downtown Boise. As the first choice for records management and storage in southern Idaho, we have clients throughout the Boise Valley. Locally owned, Idaho Records Management was previously Bekin's Moving and Storage which started business at 970 River Street in the mid-1960s. IRM was established in 2003 and has since tripled in size by combining unparalleled customer service with plain old hard work. The facility premises is secured by state of the art fire suppression systems, intruder alarms, 24-hour surveillance and electronic gates and doors.

Services offered: Business records are crucial to every company’s continued success and regulatory compliance. The security with which these records are stored and the timeliness of their delivery/pick-up is just as important. Idaho Records Management provides its clients with unsurpassed integrity, convenience and affordability. We offer daily delivery/pick-up routes for files, boxes and back-up tapes providing early-morning, same-day, next-day, rush, emergency, and after-hours service. A fire-safe, humidity- and temperature-controlled vault is on-site to store sensitive back-up data and media.
