Students Stop by the Chamber

While the Boise Metro Chamber receives a lot of inquisitive walk-in visitors (and phone calls), few are ever this young. Yesterday afternoon, a group of seventh grade students from Anser Public Charter School stopped by our office with clipboards in hand. They wanted to know- "What makes Boise so much better than other cities?" Our Senior Vice-President Ray Stark was more than happy to tell them why Boise is special, and what the Chamber does for the city's business community.

Elementary, middle, and high school students occasionally contact the Chamber for help with school projects and reports. Ray Stark, a former staffer for the Idaho State Legislature's Joint Finance Appropriations Committee, is a wealth of information pertaining to Boise's past and present.
