Bardenay to Open Airport Location

Bardenay Restaurant and Distillery will open a new location in the Boise Airport.  Bardenay will offer several of its signature mixed drinks, a menu designed for short layovers, and dishes representative of northwestern culture.  The new space will look similar to the Boise, Eagle, and Coeur d'Alene restaurants, with distintly "Idaho" decor and atmosphere.  Bardenay, which currently has three locations in Idaho, is credited with being the nation's first restaurant distillery.  They distill vodka, rum, and gin.

Travelers moving through the airport will have several local options, with other restaurants, beers, and spriits now available in the new food court annex as well as the concourses.  Renovations to the airport concessions area began last year.  Local vendors are partnering with airport concessions giant Delaware North to bring airport visitors not only local food and drink, but access to Boise culture through other shops such as the Greenbelt Store and the Idaho Statesman Store.

Bardenay's new location is scheduled to open this weekend, with signature drinks and menu items available to airport visitors starting Saturday.
