U.S. Chamber of Commerce
Fighting for Your Business
Boise Metro Chamber has teamed the U.S. Chamber of Commerce to
Form a Small Business Alliance.
The Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce
and the United States Chamber of Commerce have partnered to
provide our small business members (by definition, a small
business is considered to have 100 employees or fewer) with a
membership in both organizations. Now, with local Chamber
membership we bring you more benefits and services than ever
before. By maintaining your Boise Metro Chamber membership, you
also obtain Federation Membership in the U.S. Chamber, the
world's largest business federation.
In addition to the Boise Metro
Chamber programs you value, the U.S. Chamber offers businesses
the following:
-
Online Small
Business Center: A library of resources is at your
fingertips. Members enjoy unlimited, 24-hour access to
more than 10,000 pages on the U.S. Chamber's online Small
Business center, including members-only sections containing
business forms and documents, financial toolkits, and tips
on taxes. Visit
the U.S. Chamber Small Business Center page for resource
information.
-
uschamber.com Weekly: No matter what kind of
business you're in uschamber.com
Weekly, the U.S. Chamber's small business e-newsletter,
helps you stay informed. Delivered by e-news every
Tuesday, uschamber.com Weekly provides the inside scoop
straight to your inbox with news, commentary, and economic
reports. If you'd like to get the inside scoop on
policies and regulations that could help or hurt your bottom
line, subscribe today. Visit
the uschamber.com Weekly page for additional information.
-
Affinity
Partner Discounts and Services: Everyone likes a
good deal. The U.S. Chamber offers you exclusive
savings and/or enhancements on services and products
provided by U.S. Chamber affinity partners
including: AIG, Citi, FedEx, Office Depot, AIG
SunAmerica and Yellow Transportation. Visit
the U.S. Chamber Member Benefits page for additional
information.
-
Grassroots
Coalitions: Voice your opinion. To build
strong grassroots coalitions, the U.S. Chamber created the
VoteForBusiness.com
Web site. Stocked with legislation and regulation
updates affecting business, the site helps you get
involved in two ways: by voting for pro-business
candidates and by telling politicians to vote for
business. Visit
the U.S. Chamber Vote For Business page to voice your
opinion.
We hope that you
take advantage of these resources!
